My dear and lovely friend and @innerchi introduced this to me to ward off colds.
Ingredients:
3 long scallions (white part only) cut as long as a finger or so
2-3 cloves garlic
1-2 Tablespoons fresh ginger root peeled
2 Cups water
Directions:
Put everything in saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes strain and drink elixir at the slightest onset of tickle in throat or sneezing.
