Paradis is the name of a friend's vacation home near Marne La Vallee, France.
We made this salad one summer as one course of 7 likely ate for hours....
Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 Pink Grapefruits
3 Avocados
1 T Olive Oil
3 Sprigs Lavender
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
Peel the grapefruit
Slice then quarter into bite size both grapefruit and avocado
Add the olive oil, lemon, lavender, salt to taste
